Re your comment sic ..."precariously funded" - Look at the Board a Merchant Banker as Chairman several Accountants - I believe they are doing a great job.

One tender could be a "company maker". No point in raising too much money before share price rockerts up if one of the many (large) tenders already out in the market place were to come in.

This market is interesting as price is less of a consideration than quality and BQT is at the leading edge of this technology.

I believe quietly accumulating with patients will be rewarded. A tender could be accepted at any time and would produce a snowballing effect.
