Yeah,this price is crazy.
To pull it on as it seems many of us did from the CEUCA days with the then risk component, have it hit a high of around $1.80? long before completition to be at todays price and with an early start about to happen is just plain crazy.
Certainly has not been risk ='s reward at this time.
This road will IMO beat any or all usage forecasts very soon after opening, toll to fuel cost and time savings in most if not all trips will be substantial and ongoing.
Anyhow the next couple of months will tell the tale, I will continue to hold for the divvies alone but this one must be very close to a t/o target at the current price.
