You are interperting wrong way. Your price should be 0.148 based on new plus old shares, so think when it will go above 0.148. Same as in BLY it should be 0.345 as you got new shares. Look BLY as it is improving & will cross 0.40 soon IMO. VPG has not dilluted much like BLY hence wont dillute much & I think it will go to 15c within a month. I luv to accumulate more if goes below 11c
