You should focus your energy on the management team and disclosure, seen the financials that were well overdue prior to VA yet? have you asked any pointed questions about the change of auditor?
It is clear to everyone who wasn't an AJM holder who is responsible here, if you want any resolution you are best to take a more objective view.
