I need to clarify for some who dont understand an off market transfer... MDO have infact sold there shares to a buyer by way of off market transfer... meaning the 30 mil shares were TRANSFERRED to a buyers account at a discout paid to the seller @.016..the shares never hit the market and are infact still in play.. please do not use the description `DUMP' ... I thought we have educated brokers on this site.. juveniles at best..
