So much time and effort being devoted to the opening and closing
price on Monday. I can understand that attention if you folks were
really old like me. Not so much attention being devoted to what is
really important; namely, verification.

Investors and analyst alike have been so busy pontificating about
supply and demand and when will we move into a serious supply
deficiency. Will it be in 2022 or 2023? How serious will it be?
Hasn't this BMX sale given us an incredible insight into the future.

The real beauty of this auction is that it gives us an absolute insight
into what is called Fair Market Value or FMV. FMV is what a willing buyer
is willing to pay to a willing seller. As it relates to lithium, now we know
for sure what it is currently. More importantly, the fact that there were 17
bidders some of whom had to be making bids over $1000 is telling the
true story which might very well be that lithium is already becoming hard to come by.

Forget about Monday's price. Focus on the fact that we are still in the
initial stages of the implementation of a "Disruptive Technology" and plan
accordingly.
