    Think about it dude. The finalised terms of the off-take agreement will be an inherant requirement of the scoping study. The ink on the off-take agreement is still wet. Very shortly the scoping study will be released using a minimum revenue of $100m. An NPV on numbers like those must be close to $400m!!! (my guess, depending on costs and discount rate of course).
