you are new to investing aren’t you? You’re aware of what market cap is? Brainchip has well over a billion shares on issue and weebit has 80mil. That’s why the share price is different. You knew that though, surely.
there should be some sort of trading licence you have to obtain to buy stocks. This is basic stuff that everyone should know.
