When you've maxed out your credit cards (or dont have any), and don't have any $$ til next pay day, then Afterpay trumps Visa/MC etc when it comes to 'easy of purchase'. I doubt the majority users of Afterpay have huge disposable income (or why would you use it if you did?), so for them it really does make purchasing easy.
