    You may as well name and shame them for the benefit of others trading here. Having a Market Order hanging around for 6 minutes is totally unacceptable. Personally, I'd press the issue further if it had cost me ~$25k. Direct Market Access (DMA) is mandatory with larger positions. Time to change broker...
