    Cover Note to Supplementary ProspectusThe Company is delighted to advise that the ASX has "given verbal confirmation that the Company will now be granted the formal approval letter for its relisting"

    We then received the letter on the 14th Jan. Why would they give verbal confirmation if the company had yet to fulfil it's tasks. As far as I read it it took them 3 weeks from verbal to written confirmation.

    Perhaps @Neil1959 can confirm?
