well I'm really confused as to what to do...
no one can guarantee I can sell tmrw before the SP drops and stay on the register.
so if I don't sell, the SP is likely to fall significantly (depending on who you talk to) yet I get to pick up the cheaper shares.
but it may not matter - I hold shares avg around 1.40 - so if it tanks from 1.80 to say, 1.30, I lose 50c a share to gain more shares that profit by 20c a share.
so I'm minus 10c/share, and have invested more to gain possible 20c/share = possible 10c/share total gain.
that doesn't sound like good financial sense to me.
is this right? if so - sounds like I'm best to sell out at a 40c/share profit and take the risk of missing the new share issue.
this is supposed to be a good deal - so what have I missed?
