It is expected (well 2 are) as there were originally announcements regarding the MOUs (non binding) late last year. So ever since then things have been 'in progress' and it's been largely guesswork as to when they get truly announced.
But now as the company/board are overseas in talks, meetings or whatever, this surely means that they are in the final stages of deal making or even just about to do press releases / photo opportunities.
