Well the $55.5m funding was at 4.4 cents which is equiv to $1.10, post consolidation. Those funds have been committed but not yet collected. Now whereas the participants of that cap raising may argue that the sp last traded at a 10% discount (4 cents) to 4.4 cents, MM will more than likely point that ATI has stepped up from 67.5% to 100% interest in the Windimurra project.
As for the opening sp, we'll have a better idea when we know the full dilution, post fund raising. We should also learn if the cap raising has triggered a substantial holder notice(s). That alone could spark some interest in the stock, e.g. off-take partner.
Either way, exciting times ahead and I certainly won't be selling until some time after our first shipment of vanadium.
