my take it will be over 10c - 12c and up from there..

- if finalizing of 146m shares completed @ 13c
- Z to be the major shareholder
- Z is the manager of NKP from now on..

There is no point to keep PL there unless he can come useful very shortly ...and if they keep him that could only mean one thing - corporate action ( JV or TO is imminent) or they really have trouble to find good AUS director ( very unlikely)
