I think a JV may generate higher returns to shareholders in the long run than any TO. I am a long-term shareholder of NKP and don't mind waiting for juicy dividends when this project under Z will come to fruition.
I just hope that the company get rid of the ASX listing. I completely fail to understand why ASX/ASIC is not holding the AUS director liable to enforce good governance and protect the shareholders' rights.
