there are more ways to skin a cat than $$$$.
SMM have many assets that can be used to satisfy our compensation bill.
other than court costs the follow costs need to be calculated.
Court cost
loss of income
damages
legal (over 10mil there)
cost incurred due to dilution.
to get $$$$$ out of SMM will be hard enough......
i would rather see AxiomKB aquire some of SMM's assets as compensation....
regardless though..... We don't even need it.
its just a bonus if we get it, but keep in mind that compensation does not need to be financial.
