performance shares are based on 5 day volume weighted avg being 40c and then 60c. so in essence it needs to trade for 5 days above these prices for it to be triggered. Not just one share go through at 40c.
As i presumed the selling is all sub 100k holders , very little gone through at higher amounts, so its small investors stagging their profits and giving it to the next round of investors. I guess they arent use to 100% returns. Those posting pre float about this company not doing much on listing sure got it wrong. I love the psychology of traders!!!
