    I would think twice if it opens 100% above the IPO price. PYL is only a small cap stock and nothing has happened to make it worth twice as much. They wont have a monopoly on supply of medical cannabis. It might be better to wait for the price to settle down to more realistic levels and then buy on speculation that medical cannabis will be approved is NSW and other states.
