if ABC paid 10 times EBITDA when buying and then sold for 14 times EBITDA, assuming the centres performance was consistent throughout the ownership period, that indicates to me that he sold for more then he bought. I could be wrong and I guess they never pointed that out in the announcement so I may have it completely wrong
