In theory - and I use that term loosely - she cannot buy under the institutional placement (maybe the odd broker prepared to buy and hold on behalf of a third unrelated party to later happens to be in bed with Gina)
WHEN does she buy these shares
If she bought on market today then she would go over 19.99% as the spp shares won't be issued for a month
I am asking as I find the finer points intriguing and would like to know
