Hi Optimus,

First of all I said the company is cheap imho (in my humble opinion)

I feel everyone should always do their own research and should not follow advise from posters on Hotcopper.

For me hotcopper can be a lead but I always follow up those leads with my own research and instinct.

Since the litigation is out of the way the cash burn will be far less to start with.

Another fact is that most Biotech companies burn cash to the extend that they will have to go constant to the market for more funds.

Biota is making money which should not be taken for granted looking at most Biotech companies.

Also a company with a MCap of around the $200M mark (taken away the cash in the bank ) and that makes before tax $30M a Qtr is certainly not expensive.

And you probably will answer me with that those earnings are not a given.
Well imho they will be very close to a given with Relenza now in high demand.

So you may not agree with my post, and I respect that as this is in my opinion only.
