Impressive that Warburg Pincus are putting so much cash on the table at $1.20 (a small amount at $1.80 but some warrants as a kicker). Doesn't look like it will go much below there. It looks like a very big deal from their perspective so hopefully that is a measure of their confidence.

Big call for shareholders to put up 1.77 for 1 but OK if the numbers stack up. The real question is what earnings, PE, yield, etc. look like going forward....

My guess is only a small premium to the $1.20 but I hope it's much better than that!
