They should offer a Nuurst stake as in kind capital contribution to a White elephant joint venture cooperation. These guys have the lucky bag to make gold out of low rank coal and they are sitting on . 50 Mio $ cash. Both companies are from Oz. Should provide some legal certainty to a JV cooperation. Convince the government and here we go. Quite a simple case.
