Rob,
I've been in PRR for two years. I'm a genuine LT holder. I now take a closer interest in price action because it is crucial that I carefully manage and protect my capital as I have a family and commitments. Other people are interested for other reasons including attempting to make profit trading the stock which is completely legitimate, ethical etc.
The way you bash people around the head with your view of the LT fundamentals probably just creates a negative associaton in their minds. It may be quite counter productive.
I believe you would be a more effective advocate of your point of view if you expressed where it would be welcome instead of use it to shout down other peoples questions and opinions. And I'd like that since I happen to agree with you on the LT picture...
