at the interims we were told that "... in Q4 in 2017, as part of a $10m capital raising over a number of instalments, OpenLearning raised $5m from Prestariang. The raising was conducted at a pre money$25m valuation, ..."
AFR says OpenLearning is worth $33.5m. Do you read that as $25m plus $8.5 raised in the last week. if so, looks like the valuation of open learning has slipped a bit ... since the valuation should have increased for the amount of the Q4 raising, as well as the most recent raising.
whatever, ICS 2.27% stake has been further diluted. At the interims ICS said they were looking to monetise it ... this might have been a good opportunity again with Prestariang - or perhaps there still is that opportunity!
