OpenMarkets New Website

I see OpenMarkets has a new website. They show 4 partners on the homepage, compared to 10+ partners on the partners page previously. SelfWealth is first of the 4 in the list. So maybe I'm right that SelfWealth is OM's #1 partner now.


The SelfWealth logo is not a link, but it's good anyway. I'm assuming those 4 partners are probably the largest ones.

Here's the search volume for all of them (Raiz previously being called Acorns) - 5 year chart:



So Raiz is 5 years old or so, but their search volume is barely increasing. Their recent update was a 2% fall in users because of millennials being poorer due to Corona.

SelfWealth came out of nowhere (over a few years) to overtake them recently.

They're targeting different markets (people with <$1000 to invest vs people with >$1000), but I'm comparing them to consider how important they are to OM.

I don't know how 'trades per user' works with Raiz, since they manage clients money for them. Possibly their trades volume is a lot lower.

The other 2 names are tiny by comparison. SelfWealth has temporarily taken over Raiz because of Corona, but they may permanently overtake them soon, thanks to SelfWealth's higher growth rate.

Raiz by comparison has a market cap of $35m, and looks to be further from break even.
