I will admit that the answer I received was a puzzle but I looked upon it as an answer that would be built on in the future and so I was content.
If Dave had said nothing substantial is presently being undertaken at the BDP it would have raised more questions and involved more questions to be answered.
Would you have been happy with "Nothing substantial is presently being undertaken at the BDP".
Well that is the answer he could have given. He avoided being quizzed further by his then answer as apparently he did not want to waste time trying to explaiin the "non answer".
Now be satisfied with the fact that all activity is happening in Sydney to further the HMRP.
