Where's the strategic advantage? Just because a company can afford to leverage enough capital to buy one out doesn't make it advantageous.
zip is a market leader in Australia at what it does,it doesn't need to tie up its capital in a weaker opposition.
youll see take overs overseas because they're buying an established position/customer base when they have none themselves. Easier to become a global player with brand positioning rather than focus on a small Australian market
