Regardless of any edge a LiS battery may bring to military applications, why choose non Chinese manufacturer?
I imagine it would not take any developed country long to reverse engineer the battery if they were excluded access. Better to strike up a deal from the beginning, IMHO.
If you/us, (LiS) have the ‘secret sauce’
( chemistry/lithium foil thickness and bnnt combo) and the Chinese have massive capacity a licensing agreement makes plenty of sense. A royalty from every battery made is the stuff of inter generational wealth creation.
Lis mentioned long ago of designing the bespoke machines that would be needed to ‘convert’ existing battery assembly lines for LiS battery production.
Why not, license agreements with all the manufacturers that want in ?
LiS is a better battery for the environment, not requiring Cobalt or nickel.
