I am currently researching the mechanism of action for Omomyc and by extension iMYC. I spoke to Richard back in February 2016 about the MoA in switching Myc from a pro oncogenic to tumour suppressive state. The Shareholder Update of May 2016 notes that one of the outputs for the POC data pack is to confirm the 'specific mechanism of action and that there is no off-target activity'.
The link between Myc, cancer metabolism and more specifically tumor glycolysis and the PKM2 kinase is an exciting avenue. I have discovered another interesting article I hope to share soon.
