I find this entire cash conversion thing complex to understand. Rear Window have had a negative view on CTD for a while now. I must say Joe Aston does try and explain this, but I cannot get my head around it.
The majority of brokers do not see an issue. Await VGI response. CTD are best just ploughing ahead with usual business.
