    Hi,

    I have been going over the prospectus and am confused.

    On page 53 (3.4.4) It shows the company has operating lease commitments of $97.4 mil. Is this different from the ongoing lease of sites?

    Are these commitments considered when the pro forma NPAT and cashflow is calculated.

    If anyone can clarify, I would appreciate it.
