all stocks are primarily attached to the metal price - thats why MYL was 3c with same resource
but the catalysts can be short term caps
the reason i think thats the case here is because MYL should be mkt capped at about $SVL's mkt cap (~$250M)
though it might be just a sovereign risk discount. but given so few silver exposures and no actual evidence of nationalisaiton risk from Myanmar gov - if anything its the opposite - that wouldnt make much sense to me
a small discount maybe - but not ~30%
so i think its more people wanting to see what the capital solution is. but it could be a combination
MYL has formed a chart pattern I;ve never seen before - well i saw something close once - - didnt work out well on that occassion but that was a high cost gold mine that ended up having a tunnel collapse if i recall right
