I know nothing about finance which is why I don't comment on it.
GB explained in his post he's not interested in linear correlations between stock prices and metal prices which js what you're trying so hard to show and is a pointless exercise.
I sincerely you hope you do more work showing correlations betwee gold price and gold stock share prices and post it on their forums, can't wait for that one!
