Yes jbmurc i think it would be great if Terry could attract another JV for either the Niobrara or Roosavelt fields.
Of course first he has to prove it up and let them know its viable.
You have the likes of Devon in Goshan.
And Continental and others in roosavelt.
Imagine an experienced operator like Continental as our JV partner and operator in Fort Peck. They have a vast wealth of experience and we would be in good hands.
A smaller percentage but less worry and hassles would help me sleep much better.
This would free Terry up so he could concentrate more on The Niobrara. If we can get some success with soa2 I could see terry and team armed with there seismic and knowledge of this area having some great success.
IMHO I just feel its proving too much for a small company like Samson to be takeing too much on as operator that may change with experience gained but just feel at moment might be best way to go.
Im sure Terry is looking at all possibilites were allready blood brothers so to speak with continental,so lets see whats around the corner.
