If I were running the show I would go for relatively cheap US based finance. For that we need a bankable project and for that we need our Fort Peck meat and potatoes lease to flow .... hopefully with a bit of gravy on top for loyal holders.

By comparison, equity placements are very, very expensive IMHO. Perhaps SSN need to keep the SEC CR application as a contingency given that the oil business is always a game of chance.

A key point maybe whether the top 10 holders would prefer to dip their pockets as opposed to accessing a line of credit. I know what my answer would be I I were in that group.
