I think you will find that Ingram did not 'create' a loss, but rather were still recovering from a disastrous ERP rollout. They lost a massive amount of business in the couple of years prior to the reported figure. Most of that went to Synnex and some to Dicker. It has basically taken them 4 years to get back on track. And they can't say they weren't warned.
