Can anyone explain this arrangement? The well appears to be on Souther Star land in the latest operational report.

Billie Jo 33 No. 2 will be contract operated by CrownQuest Operating, LLC on the behalf of Breitburn Operating LP which will have an 80% WI in this well. The well is scheduled to be spud in early May 2013 with a PTD of 10,300 feet (see locator map above).
