"The Defender US33 #2-29H well is due to start pumping operations late this evening."

This does not mean that it has finished being fracced, it has not even started yet. The pumping operations mentioned is the pumping of the frac fluid into the well, we are still looking at a good 2 weeks (all going well) before we get results.

As for SOA, after about the 2nd announcement of trouble with the well, it kind of led me to think that this day (abandoning operations) was coming. Those salt domes just seem so hard to drill.
