    hey just spoke to CFO on the phone..

    Don't panic everyone there not going to blow the cash ..Thats why buy back has stopped .IF there going into any deal it would like a merger he mention Santa barbra today.They intend to use only little cash.I told him to make a statement to the market because people are dumping stock because of uncertainty.HE said he take that into consideration.
