i just dont get this fosters stk broking have a buy rating on...

    i just dont get this fosters stk broking have a buy rating on this with a ptarget of .35 and several others may have this as a buy as well , most of us think this is a steal and is undervalued, so one would asume its fairly reasonable to pick the stk up at these levels and unity is conducting an on market buyback currently , so the question is why is the price steal going down ? am i missing somthing here ?
