    Hi Rmv,

    It looks as though you may be correct and they are buying back the shares over a period of time.

    I put in a call to the company and expect to hear from Mr Ben Hill tomorrow as he is busy today.

    If I learn anything new I will post after I have spoken to him as it would be nice for us as shareholders to have a clear view of what the company intentions are.
