I don't think any further explanation from ssn is needed.
TB has said it is not due to technical reasons that they are not participating- I read this as meaning that the partners believe the data is still good and the potential for oil has not changed.
"The other partners in the well have indicated that they are unlikely to participate for various strategic reasons, rather than on any technical basis."
If this ann were coming from many other MD's that have destroyed my capital over the years i would have my doubts about this statement but when it comes from TB, I believe!!
