On the second read it seems ok to me.
The average production for POE in the fourth quarter was 3,369 bopd, yet the exit production (excluding their 100% L53 concession, which is of no benefit to CVN) is 5,200 bopd. This indicates that production is up for now, compared to earlier in the quarter which can only be a good thing. Sustaining and / or increasing this is always the challenge.
We have often seen production in prior quarters decline, so this is clearly a positive imo, - though i am unsure as to what, if any, expectations were as far as production goes.
