    More delays - more late explanations. A bad report - as usual.

    Result:

    PSA has probably missed any chance to sell any NG from G3, the Main Pass wells, and onshore LA during the winter season peak NG price season.

    Shoulder season NG prices will probably be really weak and next chance at high prices will be Summer 2005 - 7 months away.

    Change sentiment to: SELL. Maybe return to Buy in May or June 2005
