OMR, It should kill any placement for sure but other cashflow effects this quarter will be the payment of the "Accounts Payable" at the end of Dec which would have been high and the MMS lease sale next month that they would have to pay for in advance but I'd imagine that "Accounts Payable" at end of March qtr would be on the low side - so the bank balance mightn't move that much depending on their bidding success.
