Wilson, I understand your frustration, you're not alone, hence me reaching out to Richard for clarity to begin with.

I don't believe your statement of "over promising and under delivering" to be the case with what you have referenced to, as the time frame stated is yet to lapse.

Within my summary you will see there will be plenty to smile about soon enough. Lets just see... things can turn around very quickly and I feel this to be the case as there seems to be many contracts on the cusp of coming to fruition.
