I still don’t understand why the vast majority of the centres...

I still don’t understand why the vast majority of the centres are still operating and generating some cash flow. The debt is being served and everything seems to be “business as usual”. The only thing I still don’t understand is how it is possible that the communications to shareholders about admin process is NIL. Any ideas?
