ANZ Custodians knew each client and client portfolio because in establishing the MARGIN Facility they recieved the scrip from the client directly
This is complete rubbish ANZ execs and staff were in Opes offices everyday ...indeed we have ANZ staff attending to Business development and client meetings w Opes Execs
We didnt know Opes had clients ....Give me a break ..
Surely this isnt ANZs defense
